How do I bust some CAPS?

Hey how can I bust some caps? I noticed it's like a score, and I assume that it must be linked to activity (forums?) but can't quite figure it out. Sounds fun, mind you at my size, I don't need a bat - my fist will do... For some people, maybe my sneeze could too
