Who to play Jess Hardin?
My first instinct leads me to actresses that are too young for the role: Jennifer Carpenter (Debra Morgan, Dexter) or Julia Stiles. My second instinct (besides Mariska Hargitay) would have to be Stephanie March (Alexandria Cabot, L&W:SVU). She's got the right mix of strength and vulnerability, plus I'd like to see her in a tougher role. That's my first reaction, if I come across anyone better, I'll write it up!
